Terms and Conditions

* My Good Home Solutions (MGHS) is a DBA under L A Weems Enterprises LLC *

Registered with the State of Indiana.

* Upon customers request a MGHS representative will inspect each work order and a bid or quote will be presented within a specified time frame.  

 * Material and labor costs are approximate estimate and can change due to unforeseen challenges or market cost or job changes. If a change is necessary, it must be communicated and approved by the customer and MGHS rep before extra work is to be done. 

* Typically a deposit of 50% is required to begin work with the remaining to be paid upon completion of each job. 

*The bid or quote will provide a place for each party to sign an agreement on materials, labor and approximate time needed to complete each job or job segments if more than one job exists.

* All estimates that are given are just that... Estimates and are subject to change. If any changes are necessary they will be communicated by a MGHS representative and confirmed in writing between customer and MGHS.
